1. A 'Project' is any Work" means the work that the Client has instructed the Company Dignitary1 to carry out pursuant to this agreement.

2. Client" means the person or entity which has agreed to purchase goods and/or services from the Company.

5. 'Live Mode' means the date the website is available on the Internet base on the Client’s chosen domain name.

6. 'Domain' is the website address as specified by the Client.

9. Agreement means the overall agreement between the Company and the client in relation to the work.

1) The contract between Company Dignitary1 Ltd and the client will be base on these Terms & condition, on the specify agreement,

2) All works to be carried out are sent by e-mail or posted to client address. Upon entering into the Agreement, the client confirms that it has read the Agreement, the Terms & Condition and have accepts them in their entirety, we advice the client to view the Terms & condition on our website at any time before entering into the Agreement

3) Upon Agreement between the Company and the client on the specify work to be carried out, any changes after the agreement requested by the company or the client must be agreed by both the company and client. And evidenced should be produce in written, e-mails will be the method of contact with regards to all communication, the Dignitary1 Ltd will not be held responsible if the e-mail address supply is not valid, and the company reserve the right to alter the agreed price and to extend timescales to reflect the changes in the nature of the work.

4) We require A non refundable fee of 50% deposit payment from the quoted project before Dignitary1 Ltd will commence work on a project, the rest of the 50% will be require from the client when the client approval and satisfy with the outcome of the project.

5) The 50%deposited paid by the client will cover the cost of the work already don including the admin work and communication to the company, the deposit is non refundable

6) The client should keep contact with the company Dignitary1 Ltd throughout the period of the project using the email as a means of communication,

7) Dignitary1 Ltd will make attempt to contact client within the period of ten days, if no response from the client, the contract will be terminated

8) Client Project will depend on timelines, Dignitary1 Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to produce the work within a reasonable period following any agreed dates but will endeavour to meet any given deadline,

9) The content and the image used in any of the project approved by the clients, are sole responsibility of the client, regarding usage and copyright, should any legal issues or claim arise, it will be sole responsibility of the client

10) Client should make sure content submitted are unrestricted right to use, not infringing any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other third party proprietary right

11) We state that this agreement shall be interpreted and contracted under the law of England, we make no claim that the content of this website may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside England and Wales, if accessed from outside of the UK, it done at own risk, the parties agreed that any action brought by either party against the other shall be brought in England, the Terms and condition of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the parties do hereby waive all question of personal jurisdiction or venue for the purpose of carrying out this provision of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
